Monica Petrova: Hello and Welcome to Impromptu Pictures! As the name says it, I specialize in journalistic and casual style photography as those are the moments when one’s true beauty and spirit are captured. A lifelong passion for photography and ardent interest in documenting those seconds that are so easy to miss, led to the beginning of Impromptu Pictures in 2009. During my childhood, I spent hours watching and assisting my dad in the dark room processing the latest roll of film from a recent vacation – moments that seemed to had passed so long ago suddenly came alive again - I was mesmerized and captivated for life!
